Team Leaders are recognized as a leading force in the community. They are natural leaders and possess the passion to make crucial decisions that will help shape the community. Team Leaders need to be well versed in the game(s) they lead to provide the best support to our members. TL's will have a role that specifies what game(s) they lead.

Team Leaders have the following duties:

• Assist members for your assigned game(s) or help them find another Staff member that can help.

• Organize game nights throughout the week where you will reach out to the members of your assigned game(s) and form play groups.

• Recruit for your assigned game(s) via game forums, discord, in-game, etc.

• Record community rank data for each HPX+ member that is under your care.

• Ensure all members under your assigned game(s) have proper roles/permissions assigned to their discord and in-game accounts.

• Ensure members under your assigned game(s) remain active in the community and interact with others.

Team Leaders don't have an easy road but the path is clear. Hyperplex needs passionate leaders to make the community run smoothly.
